Comet and I had a surprise encounter on our dinnertime walk #UglyDogs
A mostly black dog gazes with interest at a deer who just emerged from a yard and crossed the street about 25 yards in front of us The deer makes its way down the sidewalk across the street, apparently just out for an evening stroll, while Comet (my dog) really wants to get over there to join her.

Comet enjoyed the glorious day today - it did get a touch warm midway through the walk, which gave us a nice excuse to sit down and watch the geese and ducks and turtles in the pond. Hope you had the chance to breathe for a minute today, too, #UglyDogs

Jerry and Nugget got their weekend started with a walk beside the stream and there were ducks! A happy Friday indeed! #UglyDogs
