Taking a break from the orange idiot, here's my cat sitting in the window with her tongue out. Worth a smile.

There’s obviously a variety of factors at play, but it’s wholly wild that a movie like TRAFFIC made 200 mil theatrically back in 2000 and BLACK BAG and PRESENCE combined will likely not even earn a quarter of that globally. I suppose the silver lining is that Soderbergh is still making movies.

Wow, you mean your strategy of following 18 people here and showing up once every three weeks to complain about how quiet it is hasn't paid off? Surprising!

The new 4K UHD of CRONOS from the BFI is a handsome package housed in a hard slipcase with a 60 page book, poster and post cards. Plus a whole slew of new and archival extras on the two disc set.

Can’t wait to pop this in and see how it looks!

Many of those higher quality garments can be found at secondhand and thrift stores. I have several great pieces I got through ThredUP for really good prices. Thrift stores in wealthier areas often yield the higher-end brands more reliably.

Final Thought
While impossible to predict market shifts, focusing on essential items with long shelf lives & anticipating significant purchases can help mitigate rising prices.
Prioritize your personal needs and the durability of goods.
Be strong. Be smart. Be kind.
It's only gonna get worse.

Storage Considerations:

Ensure you have adequate storage space for non-perishable items. Keep food products in a cool, dry place to maximize shelf life. Regularly check expiration dates and rotate stock to maintain freshness.

1. Electronics and Technology
Tariffs on Chinese imports and China's ban on critical minerals will raise the cost of electronics, smartphones, computers, & appliances.

If you'll need new devices in the next few years, consider buying them now. Focus on essentials smartphones, laptops, or tablets.

As we're ALL about to suffer due to Trump's tariffs, here's a breakdown of items likely to be affected so you can plan now.

I'll have to do this in multiple posts due to the limit of words. But this will help you to make good decisions.
