I actually thought yellow wagtail at first but could be a yellow budgie. Difficult to tell, I guess.

Jeez my dogs would have just tore them to pieces. 😅 No matter what I do lurchers are always lurchers and no amount of training helps. Your boy is a good boy.

I was about 34 when I started talking to a therapist who told me I had chronic anxiety. She also suggested I was tested for autism. Changed my life.

So what? Isn't that a good thing? Clearly they have a good ecosystem on the roof and she's doing great at keeping the rats at bay. How can one fox be classed as an "infestation". Hyped up media as usual demonising a beautifully adaptive creature. This is why the world is dying.

Who is anonymous? 🤔
Hen harriers do need to be kept quiet but we know fame keepers will kill ant bird of prey. Buzzards are particularly targeted as well as the harriers and goshawks. Many WTE and Goldies have been killed by game keepers in the UK. I think being cautious is sensible.

Oh I think it should be observed as often as possible but I don't think giving an accurate location and mentioning it perching is wise at all. Especially not on social media. We're not there 24/7, sadly, and we know the game keepers like to kill birds as they roost.

Is it wise to post this considering how notorious the North York Moors are for persecuting birds of prey? I'd hate for this bird to disappear mysteriously.
