Here's what Fusion does. The result is equivalent to applying the fillet to the outside edges first, and then applying it to the inside edge.

It depends on how you design the interface. While I hate Mathworks with a passion, Simulink actually does this quite well. You can click and drag on the right side of a go-to block to quickly create a corresponding "from" block. Using these is standard practice in my industry.

For control law design, we'll use "go-to" and "from" blocks to keep things tidy. It's very similar to your "wifi scopes" idea. Once you get used to it, it's hard to go back. I really wish Blender had them.

I really wish I could switch to Linux as well. However, I'm a paying Fusion360 user, and that doesn't work on Linux. I'm a big advocate for open source software when practical, but unfortunately FreeCAD just isn't there yet. And while I love Blender to bits, it's not CAD.

Speaking as a US citizen, I honestly see no compelling reason for any foreigners to visit right now. It's unfortunate, but true. The US is simply not a safe place right now, especially for people who aren't straight white christian cis men.

I'm an aeronautical engineer working in flight dynamics. I have yet to find a game engine that supports the true and correct axis orientation: X-forward, Y-right, Z-down. If I want to do flight dynamics in any game engine, I will inevitably commit what I consider to be crimes against convention.

It's true! A sovol broke into my house and destroyed my Voron. They need to be stopped!

The fact that he's eating and drinking and using the litter box is a good sign. Still might want to consider a vet visit if things persist for a couple days. Speaking from experience, cats often don't give you much warning until it's too late, so it's good to be vigilant.

There is so little that *can* be done at this point. Radical right-wing groups (namely the federalist society and heritage foundation) have been working for a long time to get us to this point. Now that the judiciary has largely been captured, they are free to do what they want. Shit's scary.

My senator @chrismurphyct.bsky.social, among others, are doing a live rebuttal, which I like. I'd probably do something like that.

Pointing out the hypocrisy to these people doesn't work, unfortunately. A large-scale right-wing media apparatus has been at work since before I was born, systematically brainwashing vulnerable populations. To these people, it's like a sports team, and all that matters is that "their" guy wins.

As a CT resident, I'm very thankful to have you as my senator. We need more senators and representatives like you and AOC, who aren't afraid to say what needs to be said, and advocate for those who are most vulnerable.
