I don't take hatred of America personally.

I do find it weird that multiple white English men are choosing to keep needling Black Americans about this though.

Democrats have no obligation to support a bill that not only funds the dystopian scenes we are seeing in Minneapolis but will allow DHS to replicate that playbook of brutality in cities all over this country.

Elon Musk is a profoundly dangerous person, and the risks he presents should be taken very seriously... but his power is also derived almost entirely from attention and being treated as a serious person, so it's important not to do that

On this thread, you will find a brief history of Native citizenship and voting rights and towards the end of this thread, you'll find the larger thread on US citizenship and voting rights

So I shared this thread on the 100th anniversary of the Indian Citizenship Act of 1924 & I'll share again because I think it is important for folks to know what it is the Trump admin has to undo to undo our US citizenship in order to set a precedent for challenging birthright citizenship.
Forgot to share here but to help put this into perspective, my great grandma was 9 years old when ALL Native Americans gained US citizenship on June 2, 1924 with the Indian Citizenship Act.
