Things I am doing to get back into art.
1. Making my food from home. Nutritious food made from scratch. My ADHD brain is greatly affected by my diet so staying away from highly processed food as much as possible
2. Getting back on my adhd and anxiety meds. A regulated brain is a productive brain 1/5

if you're one person making a comic by yourself, don't treat yourself like you should function on the same level as comics that have multiple people working on them. your backgrounds can be squiggles and colors.

I think I pushed too much too soon. Specially the weather got winter cold this week. My barely recovering immune system is telling me I'm fighting something off. I'll take the weekend off from arting and rest.

Should I open up CSP and work on the next bit of the lore painting? Only one more scene to go. Painting isn't Done by any means, still not sure if I want to leave it more unfocused impressionist style or start adding details. Trying to think of how well it'll show on a screen during stream. +
