This is very interesting to me! I would not be surprised if it's just as difficult for a cis man to be diagnosed with fibromyalgia as a cis woman, maybe even harder? Medical misogyny is very very real but so is medical prejudice against "vague" syndromes that consist mostly of pain & fatigue

Here! Where she mentions garlic-infused olive oil, it's just 2TBSP oil warmed with 2 garlic cloves cut into quarters until they're golden brown, then you toss the garlic pieces (you can also do this with onions—FODMAPs aren't fat-soluble)

I am devastated to report that because Merlin's gut health hasn't improved over 6 weeks despite treatment, and he hasn't gained any weight, the shelter vets think he has a serious intestinal disease, possibly bowel cancer, and our fostering has been hospice
