What has been your reasoning? I only recently moved the other way for the longer support - then Google added guarantees :D. Too late.

Our land lord has multiple affected buildings, and says, this never happened before. I too have been living in gas heated buildings for decades, and this never happened. Nor have I ever heard of anything like it.
