I stopped uploading comics because I wasnt getting a good audience or views for it. But what hit me hard was when someone messaged me telling me how much my comics make their day. That completely changed my whole perspective

I do classify myself as a comic artist even if all I do is silly little auto bio comics. But honestly that is still a comic??? I always want to do more story type ones but im still learning about setup and dialogs ect

Anyone can make comics. Anyone. Can't draw? Doesnt matter. If you have something to say or just want to do short auto bio comics just do it and have fun. Dont worry so much about the audience. The people that need to hear it will and they will appreciate you for it❤️

Anyone can make comics. Anyone. Can't draw? Doesnt matter. If you have something to say or just want to do short auto bio comics just do it and have fun. Dont worry so much about the audience. The people that need to hear it will and they will appreciate you for it❤️

Drawing and not posting online has been SO GRATIFYING! like I used to feel like I had to post everything. Now I love the secrecy of having my drawings to myself and showing who I want

Here is a video of a frozen creek that had begun to thaw, and the water was flowing beneath the thin ice on top. I took this because it was soothing and wonderfully bloopy and I wanted to listen to it for hours. You are all welcome to enjoy it, too. Let your brain settle here and rest for a moment.

I eventually would love to post again but right now it just doesnt feel right. My comics will come back (im still making them) but I want to have fun again instead of being consumed with posting all the time

Tips on drawing sea waves.
"Acrylic markers are great for this. The colors are vibrant. To create a sense of dimension, use a strong contrast between light and dark shades, but also incorporate gradients. Overlapping waves shouldn't be arranged neatly; variation looks more natural."
