You’re right, anti imperialism isn’t just “vibes.” So I’m sure you’ll understand that when faced with Russian imperial threat, those of us in Eastern Europe don’t have much of a choice. There’s plenty wrong with NATO but stop pretending the alternative for us is survivable, you ghoul.

I had the chance to watch the doc, "Mr. Nobody Against Putin" and I highly recommend. Particularly for people who refuse to believe the level of brainwashing and state militarization that goes on in Russian society and for Americans to see what's awaiting them

After the failure of negotiations in Damascus, a general mobilization has begun in Rojava. Youth from northern Kurdistan appear To have crossed the border to join the defence. it feels like 2014 again, complete with horrific executions of SDF prisoners.

I read about those two families from Texas (incl down the road from where I grew up) who moved to Russia. I've been saying for years that Russia is Janus-like in its foreign PR. It acts like a land of white civilization for white Americans/Europeans and like a decolonization beacon for Africans.
