Back from a week in Canada visiting my in-laws.
Normally we get together in the Poconos, as it’s central for all of the families, but the in-laws aren’t comfortable coming here under Trump’s new rules so we moved it all north of the border.
That’s probably $8k that would’ve gone to Pennsylvania.

Boiled Yukon Gold potatoes. Made garlic-herb butter. Smashed potatoes & brushed w/ butter. Roasted.
Fried chopped onions w/ bacon crumbles, added can of Nalley’s thick chili, a little Worcestershire and a bit of cumin.
Melted cheese on taters, covered w/ chili, smoked paprika & pepper.
Perfect.
