The restoration of connectivity in #Tanzania was short-lived, as traffic fell again around 13:15 UTC, approximately two hours after it came back.

Traffic on Vodafone UK started to recover at around 16:00 UTC, with both AS5378 and AS25135 seeing increasing traffic. The outage lasted approximately two hours.

AS25135 is also showing a complete loss of announced IPv4 address space, as well as a complete loss of traffic.

Radar shows a ~75% drop in announced IPv4 space as the outage began, and a 100% loss of traffic.

UPDATE: It appears that #Internet connectivity is being restored in #Afghanistan, as traffic began to flow again around 11:45 UTC (16:15 local time), nearly two full days after being shut down.
