Congratulations to Vimarsha Kodithuwakku who gave her final PhD seminar today! Vimarsha's project has focused on understanding vascular ageing in youth, primarily using data from the Youth Vascular Consortium. Her research is already making a big impact! ❤️

In this consensus paper, we have provided a definition for early vascular ageing in youth for the first time - "EVA in youth characterizes the precursor alterations of small- and large arterial structure and function due to risk factor exposure during fetal development, childhood and adolescence..."
