What is up with this weird ass sentiment I see every time that a game comes out that people generally don't like is that the problem is that it doesn't have advertising. Not only do people already know about it in these scenarios, they know about it and don't like it anyway

the true strat for buying games is that unless you're mega turbo excited for them, just don't get them for like a few months and you can at minimum get it for half price because the backlog is so immense who even cares anyway. live in the time dilation
