The conclusion is excellent, too:

"Facts should be the bricks upon which we build better futures, not the ones we use to bust apart the dreams that can lead us to those futures. I want to hand people bricks, not throw them at them. I want to see what they build with them."

This is spot on. Part of the charm of (early-ish) social media was 'thinking out loud' and having a friendly, collaborative group to bat things back and forth.

Which should include critique, of course, but the atmosphere of creative discussion was paramount.

Episode Eight. Oh my. Absolute lift off for the whole series.

Series 1, Episode 6 has Cameron effectively proposing the things LLMs are currently used for, to given the impression of conversational UI.

Undercuts the current hype by portraying the authentic romanticism of actual visionaries.

I like how the second two episodes of series one are full of little character and relationship moments. The first series is a complete story, but all of it feels so much more emotive as a whole collection with the other three series. Little patterns emerging that will be significant.
