Lots of egg and veggies. Enough stock to taste but not to sog. Stuffing should be kiki, not bouba!

Six Seasons is great for trying out different vegetables, and Roots my go-to for root veggies. East for great South Asian vegetarian recipes. Lora Brody's Basic Baking, Plugged In, and Kitchen Survival Guide are still where I look for the basics.

Look, I am very small potatoes as an author. I make too little in royalties to live off them. But I can tell you the reason I got to write my 2nd book was bc the sales of the 1st were very good. That's what else you're eating into by pirating, our ability to keep writing what you claim to love.

I've got it on Kindle, but don't know what the AU availability looks like in that format. My best idea, based on 2 weeks in Melbourne, is to ask at Readings since they seem good at getting US-pubbed stuff.

It's one of my favorites that we've found for Reading the Weird! So consistently good.
