The early grad school letter of rec deadlines are stupid and unnecessary. It complicates an already complicated process. I have over 100 submission links in my inbox..not all of them have deadlines in the email ...and I have to figure out the handful that are due early. #annoyed

Awesome being in a department with so many ppl willing to help. Working on riboseq prep this morning. It took 3 labs to get missing reagents we needed. Wish us luck for good results!
I've posted many times about how productive I am on planes. It's confirmation that I need to schedule more quiet time to just think. That's what a plane is for me. Forced time with my thoughts... no distractions.
