Whenever I got accused of “virtue signaling” on Twitter, I always replied with “I’m standing up for what I believe in. What do you believe in?” They immediately got defensive and either ignored me, blocked me, or replied with childish insults. Really shows that it’s just political favoritism.

Too big to carry and his stable of broodwives have realised he is impossible to get ahold of if your child is sick, so they're not letting him have a replacement.

You say this kinda thing on every single one of his Destiny 2 posts. We get it, man, but I've never been so dedicated to a game I don't play anymore as you are.

There was a time when there was no controversy about masking: masks worn around chemo patients was the norm. Now, apparently that was all nonsense and just a bit of handwashing should sort it out.

I have ways to communicate with people but never do - it's too much effort for me, apologies.

I can't do any of that, I fear. I've found ways to do things in ways I can tolerate, however, and many things I just have to give up on (not sure how much I'm sowing directly outside this year anymore, but that's why everything's perennial!).

I do but my exhaustion this month is high.

It's the holidays right now, but in spring when the seed catalogues begin to tempt, I will see what I can do to help out. I'm just hoping I can stand up long enough to do...anything...out there.

And they will. I can't do anything about them. What I can do is what we do for the people we call community.

Which reminds me: I love your garden project. I'm trying to do the same where I live (health is a bear this year). I see you, I hear you, I witness...and I cheer you on.

It's a convo I keep having with my offspring, because I could see what they were doing as I've done it myself, and could try and circumvent the downward spiral. I am heartened to also note, thanks to neurodiversity training, their profs are aware and are teaching what critique does, and why.

This point is being utterly lost in the discussion, and I know it's because nobody gives a damn, but I can envision social media being journalist bots, mutual aid posts and disabled/ill people helping each other because we'll be the only ones left.

And if so...so be it.

It's so hard for people to say. So very hard, apparently.
