Also by having the pigs corrupted by the evil human corporate overlord I think it completely ruins a message of the book (that power corrupts)

To be clear I don’t think Adam is engaging in this, but plenty of people apologising for Primal Scream or just using it as an excuse to be antisemitic themselves.
December 13, 2025 at 12:01 PM
Jesus Christ you’ve somehow managed to be more antisemitic than anything Farage has said publicly.

“Jews of the world” aren’t responsible for the actions of Israel and the Israeli electorate. And they, like all people, deserve to live in safety and dignity, free from racist harassment.

I agree, we need to call out everyone, not only when it’s convenient for our political ends. Primal Scream’s imagery, even if well intentioned, was antisemitic. It’s gross to see so many people defending it in these comments: it doesn’t take away from the fact Farage is a racist monster!
December 13, 2025 at 11:55 AM
Can you remind me when the Nazis brutally killed 6 million Christians for being Christian in a campaign of extermination?
December 13, 2025 at 11:52 AM
Unlike Primal Scream, Bob Vylan never suggested that Judaism and Naziism were alike by merging their logos.
December 13, 2025 at 11:51 AM
But they didn’t just compare Israel to Nazi Germany. They merged the Star of David with a swastika: that *is* undeniably antisemitic.
December 13, 2025 at 11:50 AM
Nigel Jones can speak for himself. For my part, I visited Auschwitz as a teenager and found it a deeply moving experience. Perhaps Farage should’ve been forced to visit too, he might’ve learnt something. Too late for him now, he’s a Nazi.
December 13, 2025 at 11:49 AM
They merged a swastika with a Star of David. That’s horrifically offensive and antisemitic. It’s got fuck all to do with Israel: even if their intention was to criticise Israel, the imagery they chose is what matters, and it associates Jews (not Israel) with the regime that genocided them.
December 13, 2025 at 11:41 AM
Ok but a Nazi Star of David stunt is actually unforgivably antisemitic. It’s got fuck all to do with Israel.
December 13, 2025 at 11:33 AM
Oh no, if you drink and drive you might not be allowed to drive any more. Tragic.
December 13, 2025 at 1:19 AM
No, what’s wrong with you, apologising for the shitty and dangerous behaviour of the police?
December 12, 2025 at 10:58 PM
Have you seen the series in the Guardian about the influencers convincing people to “free birth” i.e. do it at home without any medical professionals present? It’s awful

Wait he is?? That’s really disappointing. Do you have any links?
December 12, 2025 at 2:09 PM
Is that why you spend every day relentlessly pushing transphobia? To heal division?
December 12, 2025 at 2:05 PM
I don’t see sirens on. It wasn’t an emergency.
December 12, 2025 at 9:54 AM
Yeah, you’re right. The Forstater case was a more straightforward instance where, if they’d had proper policies in place, they could’ve still got rid of her without legal pushback. But here what the judge is suggesting doesn’t make sense.
December 12, 2025 at 1:35 AM
Like it’s pretty clear the small victory she won was a process victory (just like the Forstater one). Basically, the employer was morally in the right, but didn’t follow the correct processes - which they should’ve followed! But the press is treating it as a moral vindication of transphobia.
December 11, 2025 at 7:01 PM
They also made it the leading story - which was bizarre with all that’s going on in the world right now - and described it as a “partial victory” for the claimant. The BBC is directly driving the culture war.
