So far it’s really good. I think it looks gorgeous and it plays well. Myles is both not as bad as I expected and worse. I genuinely have no idea why he cracks jokes out of all things. The game still feels like Metroid, but God he better have some story relevance or I’ll be pissed.

I liked Rick before and after it was cool

Kirby Super Star Ultra (the DS remake) and Kirby’s Epic Yarn are probably the two best starting games. The later games have a LOT of fan service and lore that doesn’t hit nearly as hard if you haven’t played the previous games, but Kirby is very easy to get into.

It’s a 10/10. I adore the gameplay and it might be one of my top 3 games of the year.
