And, while this may not necessarily apply to this particular example, the weight of complexity manifests in various ways, not least in indirect and obscure errors and reporting of errors.

I don't think there's a silver bullet. I'm just trying to play my part in the solution by helping educate internally as well as externally. That isn't a point solution, but it scales, and we can all play a part.

I enjoyed this episode as I do all of them. Wanted to set the record straight tho - there were _zero_ canned / playback demos in the Developer Keynote (KEY101) in Berlin, we did them all live and without nets. Risky? Yes. Risqué? No, that's a different kinda conference :)
