John Waters and Christopher Walken in a dystopian, psychological thriller. But only if you could do a David Lynch treatment of it.

No biggie! We had a lead singer who adopted a Yiddish accent, I think she called it. And I know a guy from the UK who lost his British accent. It will be interesting, if I get around to hearing the new accent.

Well said! Their aim is for a dumbed down populace that is easy to control, which keeps wealth and power in the hands of the few.

It would be better for the country if he were under (White) House arrest! His waddle could be from obesity and/or the increasing dementia. (seriously) I was a caregiver recently for someone with dementia, and balance and mobility are affected.

A few more Big Macs, and Trumpy will really need that suspensor belt!

I abhor all kinds of violence, but try to understand its causes. There is the hope from totalitarian-minded folks that violent incidents like this will enable them to seize further, more complete control of power. This should be pointed out more often.

It's insidious! And I'm glad there are some keeping track of the lawlessness of those agencies. There needs to be accountability at all costs.

Yeah, Second Thought is among my favorites. Always worth watching!

Very interesting Episode 1. I'll be looking for more from that channel.

Yeah, I was taken aback when I heard Democrats repeat propaganda I thought would be obviously wrong to them, too. It's how I see them push us progressives away, then try to keep us in with lip service.
Btw, thanks for the link. It's interesting and will continue. And Second Thought is always good.

As someone who was a caregiver to someone with dementia, I saw some symptoms in the orange one years ago, and it looks much worse for him now. I would call him useless, but so many others are using him for their own insidious purposes.

Good one! I hadn't thought of it in that way. You had me actually laughing out loud. I've got to write that one down so I remember it. 👍

Amazing (and disgusting) how some would follow and obey a voice echoing in their head. Yeah, that thing was a story in the bible.

Thanks, that was helpful! I am partway there, using DuckDuckGo, and a few other things. I also took note of a few other things to check out. (I also use Linux instead of Windows or Mac.) Appreciate the advice!

Thanks, I agree. I ditched Google searches long ago and don't mess with their AI, but it would be good to do a little more research to tighten things up. Privacy Badger on Firefox is helpful, too.

Yep, and in some places, we are surrounded by it in person. Still, we should speak up wherever possible. ✊

I'll bet they do, sigh. It's a struggle.

Thanks! It worked well, and the settings stayed off.

Yeah, The Ramones were absolutely iconic! 🎸

Yes, and most of them do this. They will profit from having their own opinions and votes swayed, while deflecting with some ethical or moral issue they can rail on about. This is seen from both the left and the right.

Good article! Middle East Eye is a very good one for independent news. They also have a YouTube channel.
