Right now the GI uses Hamersley sampling by default with the ability to switch to more powerful Monte Carlo sampling. Not all the resources are sampled yet and the reflections, shadows and ambient occlusion is not yet ready.
But everything will be hardware accelerated using DXR.

The improved version of CRYENGINE will be featured in our game @akolyta.bsky.social and will be released to the public as well!
