closer reading of that link shows it does not include his full name, but further spelunking suggesting he is a Eli Lilly patient, who had been invited to the White House based on his experience taking a GLP-1 drug
also not exactly a good look for Eli Lilly or the drug 🤣

A man collapsed in the Oval Office. The internet got the story wrong.
A case study in how bad information can spread — and how hard it is to correct it.

While that is true for the initial snapshot, subsequent ones are just the changes between the last snapshot and the current one. They tend to be very small and fast to roll back too.

Also, just to be fair and clear, getting the persons name and role wrong is NOT unimportant. Accuracy IS important, for many different reasons e.,g, (historical, contextual).
I also appreciate the take on how correcting errors is more difficult than accepting errors just to be first to publish.

True, but he did just continue to stand there.
Meanwhile, a comparable incident shows Obama actually stepping up and helping.
That is what I think made the story. Trump's disdain for Obama and constantly being unfavorably compared in side by sides really irks him

I too was expecting this to be about the this image.
The internet did NOT get that story wrong, IMO. Particularly when juxtaposed with how Obama dealt with a similar incident

I had to do a fresh install. The laptop I'm using is from something like 2013 and the cpu has v2 cpu extensions and v10 minimum is v3.
The cool thing is Alma says they are supporting v2 for 10(ish?) more years
Have fun!
It's a nice upgrade, imo

I've made similar observations to my students. Everyone gets upset when MS gets a new UI and the habits they develop and no longer have to think about now no longer works.
I attempt to ease that frustration by saying at the end of the day, every OS has to do the same basic things. Think like that.

I'm curious, does that mean most of the programs you run the most on windows also run on a mac?
