I would agree 100%, and Anders is WAY more qualified than I am on anything conflict-related.

However, we really need to factor in Trump's dementia - and that is something I do have career experience with.

The theatre isn't for Europe, the theatre is for Trump.
True. But this theater is getting tiresome, and I am not sure it's working for Europe. Perhaps it's time to make it clear to Trump that there are no negotiations instead of leading him to think that there are—and in the process fooling a lot of Europeans into believing that peace is close.

That works really well, much of the time.

They wanted to leave.

Instead of telling them

Some dementia care centres have a fake bus stop - so that instead of trying to convince an exit-seeking patient/resident not to be exit-seeking,

You can say "ok then, let's get your coat on and we'll go wait for the bus"

And you take them to the fake bus stop, wait a few minutes...
