Would a Digital Footprint Wipe Have Saved the CEO of United Healthcare?

Maybe. On its own? Probably not.

But paired with smarter security strategies and broader protection for the people closest to them? It's a different story.

CFPB: Banks have been getting a pass on privacy regs...

Financial institutions monetizing consumer data, selling income, expenses, balances to third parties.

Fed protections don't address new tactics.

State laws might fix, if stop GLBA exemptions.
