First, after a TRO was denied in the N.D.Texas district court on Thursday, lawyers have gone to the Fifth Circuit and the Supreme Court seeking emergency relief.

We're so glad to see Kilmar Abrego Garcia alive. We thank @vanhollen.senate.gov for fighting for his constituent. It's the type of leadership that we need to see from Congress for ALL immigrants disappeared to CECOT without due process.
