The Salvation Army are a hate group. Do not forget that this winter.
I did get up earlier to make one brief excursion, incredibly painful.
Tried doing so again. Managed to stand, but too painful to walk.
Had a bag of dried mango next to me, which I have apparently gone through.
Going to try to get some rest and hope I can walk more later?

In a huge amount of pain. Managed to get back up and limp around a bit. Back to chair for therapy. Had Tylenol.
Tried to get up to go to bed and massage it out afterwards. Too much pain.
Just me here. No grocery shopping for me tonight.
That area/tendon is usually really tight. Yay hypermobility.

Alas, right beforehand I got up to do a couple quick things and tripped. Wearing sweatpants, somehow my toe caught the other pant leg and down I went. Thanks dyspraxia!
Caught myself with my hands, nothing broken, majorly sprained IT band.

Last night on the way back from afterparty kiddo mention how they were bummed they were not in a different lunch time because some of their lunch friends play D&D over lunch, and they really want to play!
We talked about how as a teenager hanging with friends is becoming more common.

Okay so a small regional art museum near where I live landed the most stunning traveling show of Alphonse Mucha art and art nouveau stuff on general that I've ever seen. These are inclusive of Michael sketches and some of the EIGHT FOOT TALL theatre ad prints he did.

After last night’s performance took them to Dairy Queen for afterparty with cast and crew, and they asked me to stay there so I’d be ready to go when they were ready.
