APAN President Nasser Mashni says he welcomes today’s strong language by the PM on Israel but says it’s come too late, says Israel is “not a democracy, it’s a rogue apartheid genocidal state, headed up by a war criminal. It’s time for Australia to do more than just talk…” #Abc

Today marks the 77th anniversary of the Nakba—the violent catastrophe that started the expulsion, dispossession, displacement and ethnic cleansing of the Palestinian people by Israel.

The Nakba is not a history lesson, the Nakba has not ended.

Eating salmon? You're killing Tasmania.

This Parliament has gutted our environment laws to protect an industry selling salmon from diseased pens & sending the Maugean skate extinct.

Perhaps the greatest economic upheaval in 80 years - Trump’s tariffs will see living standards fall away in Australia, much worse than they are now. And yet the the orange bozo doesn’t get a mention in the Leader’s Debate?

If the Albanese government wanted a trade policy retaliation for the Trump tariffs, I’ve got just the thing: local content requirements for American content companies. Force Netflix to carry 25% Australian content for local audiences, or pay a big levy

This is Marco Rubio explaining how the USA promised to defend Ukraine forever if they got rid of their nuclear arsenal left after the Soviet Union fell.

This is why lil marco was sinking into the couch. He was hoping we wouldn’t find it…so don’t RT right now this very second.

If Volodymyr Zelenskyy can tell the truth about Donald Trump, isn’t it time we stood up too?

Let’s not upset the fragile ego of the ‘KING’ but say that we believe Australia's best interests will be served by extending ties within our Pacific region. To this end we should then cancel AUKUS.

Now that a deluded, dangerous lunatic
is collaborating with a genocidal war criminal who should be in the dock at The Hague,
perhaps now is a handy time for our craven government to rethink the 'alliance' with the US?

Don't wait for the Australian opinion polls, @albomp.bsky.social - show some leadership, and pivot to Asia.

And while you're at it, ditch #AUKUS.
And all other vestiges of Morrison/Dutton foreign and defence policy that make us a US base and lackey. #auspol

Ten thousand dollars. FMD.
In Australia its a cheaper to cause an oil spill than to get a nursing degree

In Norway they tax their oil industry and give kids free degrees while in Australia we subsidise the oil industry and charge kids a fortune to go to uni

Priorities matter
Accused by a whistleblower of covering up an oil spill that killed dolphins and sea snakes, Santos get fined just $10k 🤯

Santos spends up to $US3.3m per year on a private jet for their executives so I don’t think AUD10k is going to hurt them.

Maybe ‘many Australians’ fail to grasp Israel’s position because we are distracted by their indiscriminate murder of thousands of innocent people, women, children, babies, nurses, doctors, aid-workers and journalists.

Maybe… 🤷🏽‍♀️
