I believe Ukraine's future lies in EU and I hope EU leaders innovate and expedite Kyiv's EU path. But I tell @henryjfoy.ft.com “there is a zero per cent probability that Ukraine will be a full EU member state on 1 January 2027,” regardless of what the latest version of the US “peace plan” says.
