I have these awful neighbors who get insanely drunk every few days and just yell at each other about sports or whatever from their tiny porch, and I'm so thankful for the rain that, while not drowning it out completely, will significantly dampen their outrageous behavior over the next few hours

They dismantled the Dept of Education, much of the CDC, NSF and nih in a year so it's totally doable to dismantle DHS. You can also expedite the process by treating those officials like the entire federal workforce has been treated. Make em miserable, and rip out wires at random. That'll do it.

It's probably a modern common feeling to listen to a podcast but while having what is most likely an anxiety attack so you don't really process anything, but then get to start over and be gladdened by the idea that you kind of get a bonus episode
