Iowa City resident here- the article does not mention that in addition to the bike racks on the front of the bus there is an extendable ramp that allows for wheelchair and walker access, giving those users here greater mobility.

Leftover spaghetti / red sauce makes an excellent base for this. Add extra spices, eggs, and a bit of baguette to mop it up with. Hot coffee and that's breakfast!

My school district pulls that last minute bs as well. Since I used to drive school bus I know it pisses off drivers, parents, staff, etc. Admin deciding on the dollar line of cost for cancelling or not. Weather considerations are not the factor.
