If you are more virtuous than me because you tell others not to donate, versus me telling that the local chapter is run by wonderful people who help Idahoans and letting people know those red buckets are not going to anti trans anything- sure we are on the internet and this is not real conversation

Frankly, and sincerely, I don't care. And I'm not dumb and this is not news to me, none of it is. I guess I need to add all my credentials so that I sound legitimate... no, not gonna do that either.

So don't excuse "the bad things" and tell me how you intend to hold a charitable organization accountable for the bad things... I simply don't care who does or doesn't donate. I care that there are people saying pick one marginalized group over the other.

My main gripe is when people pit queer/trans against poor people. PICK WHO YOU THINK IS THE MOST VALUABLE. It's sick and wrong. Are poor people who seek help from salvation army just too poor to have virtuous values and morals? Are the people who put their money in the red buckets also bad people?
