Higher SD could indicate engagement of cognitively interesting processes but the trick would be prove it! If it was a movie perhaps there are cross subj correlations in that noise tied to movie details..?

I got no leads for you but it sounds cool! So is it that the stdev of the timecourse is lower during encoding if more details will be recalled later? Or do I have it backwards

Now it’s just a matter of convincing them to scratch it. I carry them over to the rope and put their claws on it and that prompts some use. Eh they’ll figure it out eventually
