My new chair for work arrived sooner than I expected so my evening was making rice pudding and assembling my new chair 😊

I got a shower caddy for $5 secondhand and after hanging it up found that it was slipping and would need either more suction cups or something for the top hook to hold onto
I remembered the container of rubber bands tonight and now the caddy sits where I need it to!

Yep, I got a kitchen scale just for that purpose! And it's definitely saved my bacon on a couple of projects 😅 like this crop top I made a couple summers ago. I wasn't planning on having contrasting ribbing when I started out but from weighing knew I'd need to and found yarn I liked for it 😄

And the final entry in the list is the dairy-free Banana Cream Pudding. If you don't care for coconut, definitely skip this. But if you enjoy coconut and banana flavors and some cookies mixed in, this is lovely. Would recommend waiting a couple minutes after taking it out of the freezer.

Savannah Buttermint also requires a couple minutes out of the freezer before the texture gets nice. I think the white chocolate stands out more than the mint in this flavor, so it's not really for me. The partner who picked this flavor has said they adore it.

After almost a year of using my first fountain pen, I finally finished the ink in it and am washing it
Which means I got to open and put ink into my second fountain pen! I don't think it'll take me as long to go through the ink in the converter on this one

Pistachio Macaron is a fun flavor. The texture was great right out of the freezer (possibly impacted by being left in there for a day to reconstitute after shipping). If you enjoy pistachio flavored things, this is a lovely one.

The third flavor I'm trying today is miso butterscotch brownie. I love butterscotch as a flavor and think the miso butterscotch ice cream is an absolute delight in the same way that I love salted caramel
The brownie chunks are a nice textural contrast and not so densely packed in as to be annoying.

Burnt Orange Dreamsicle is definitely for me. The textures and flavors are reminiscent of the namesake Dreamsicle with the extra little punch-up of the burnt orange caramel. I would happily have this one again, pretty much at any time.

The first pint I have tried (after the appropriate refreezing time) is Cold Brew with Coconut Cream from the non-dairy line. I would recommend letting this one warm up a bit before eating & adding caramel or chocolate sauce
The cold brew sorbet is sweet & bitter, & pairs well with the coconut cream

They met up with me today for my belated birthday celebration and gave me this full size bottle of one of my favorite perfumes, Tobak by Maya Njie. I had given MiL the discovery set last year (after getting it myself) and she loved it so she wanted to give me my favorite. She's so sweet.
