DHS is holding a 2-month-old BABY at a detention facility in Texas.

Last night, Juan Nicolás was rushed to the hospital after choking on his own vomit & being unable to breathe.

This demands accountability — not a blank check for more cruelty.
I have an update on Juan Nicolás, the 2-month-old baby detained at Dilley, and his mother.

So sick of stupid f*cking people who refuse to grasp the fact that the Constitution doesn't apply exclusively to American citizens, but to every person within the U.S. And they bask in the arrogance of ignorance. Is it any wonder that it's hard not to hate them.

A child dying of cancer spent her final days fighting to free her wrongfully detained father from ICE custody.

This comes just weeks after a mother from Maryland was denied the right to be at her son’s side as he died from cancer.

Not one dime for this cruelty.

Once again, Republicans in Congress are spewing horrible, dehumanizing anti-Muslim comments without condemnation from their peers.

We need to call out this poisonous pattern of hatred from Republicans, and they need to answer for it.
