People are backing away from the pricey cabs, it seems.

This isn't surprising to me. I'm less inclined these days to buy a pricey bottle than I was 2 years ago. There are so many good bottles that don't break the bank.

🍷 Corliss corliss.wine

Corliss makes some of my favorite wine. We barrel tasted the 2023 Syrah, it's going to be stellar. Their party is one that we never miss.
If you want to experience them at a lower price point check out their Secret Squirrel label.

This small winery with a tasting room downtown is having fun with wine. They are bottling Tannat, Primitivo, Sagrantino and more. Wines you don't typically find here, and it's fun. Go and broaden your palate!

Their wine tasting facility, which opened last year is unbelievable. The views is breathtaking. The wines are...fine. Their Rubrum blend was good, not great. It's worth a visit just for the view.

One of our very favorites. They are passionate about Washington State wines. We spent time talking to Peter, the Associate winemaker, he is living his dream and it shows in his wines. Try the Mahana.
