Can’t believe I have to say this, but I’m not lonely, don’t need a date or sales pitches.

Oh, and no DMs unless you know me.
Crypto and gold are both sentiment driven commodities.

Crypto however depends on animal spirits. When the market is up, crypto is up, when the market is down, crypto is down.

First point is Ruzzia withdraws all troops and personnel to 2022 borders, repatriates all the kidnapped citizens (including all stolen children) and begins negotiations over remuneration for damages, right?

Right?

🙄

Time for another tractor trailer sortie. 🤣
November 19, 2025 at 12:38 AM
Of course, at that point it’s too late to “pre-position” troops. 🤷‍♂️

And yes, the US does have installations in NATO countries. That’s called readiness. But we’re talking large scale response to a large scale incursion. Face it, there’s no way NATO could immediately answer such an attack.

Wait, don’t close the door on an opportunity here. Let them modify it if we can add an impeachment rider…

👍

So that means the Govt has to abide by plaintiff’s stipulations as to conditions and treatment?

Since they can’t offer evidence to the contrary and likely destroyed it to avoid prosecution?

In light of the overly aggressive operations that the border patrol routinely engage in, I would argue that following them and honking to warn people of their presence is a public service.

And as such, the public safety aspect outweighs any benefit from unnecessary immigration operations.
November 18, 2025 at 5:16 PM
They do if the people they detain are US citizens.
November 18, 2025 at 3:50 PM
Great idea! Now, if we could just get the enemy to let us know where that will be…

Martha do we know the criminal records of these so called “federal agents?”
November 18, 2025 at 6:14 AM
We are approaching peak AI euphoria.
November 18, 2025 at 6:00 AM
I want to know who decided 100 miles was a “reasonable” distance from the border?

Has that been tested in court?

I mean maritime law says the US only has jurisdiction out 12 nautical miles from the shoreline.

Why isn’t CBP similarly constrained?
November 18, 2025 at 5:53 AM
If that’s on the HRCI SPHR exam, I’d ask for my money back. 🤣🤣🤣
November 18, 2025 at 5:34 AM
It’s a first person account of a conversation he had with his manager.

You purport to be (or have been) an HR director. I have sat across the table from HR directors and most of them are better liars than you. (Or at least, they have a more practiced line of patter.)

You’re just a troll, yah? 😘
November 18, 2025 at 5:29 AM
The difference between a slacker or dead wood, and a rock star performer is the manager. It’s their job to get the most out of people. Sadly, most see making their direct reports happy is their job to be done. In other words, keeping their own job. 🤷‍♂️
November 18, 2025 at 5:19 AM
Have you ever fired someone?

For 90% of managerial staff, firing someone is the worst. Typically, they aren’t as worried about performance as they are trying to find the easiest way to get through it. So, you know, find the least assertive person on the team, maybe the last person hired…
November 18, 2025 at 5:19 AM
You do realize there are companies whose operating principle is to fire someone arbitrary number of people every year? Like, they fire the lowest performing 5% across the board, then do a shitty job hiring people the rest of the year and rinse and repeat?

PIP quota. Look it up.
November 18, 2025 at 4:52 AM
Oh, and in regards to how expensive it is to replace people? Yeah, not so much. Trash someone who has been working at the company for 25 years, outsource their work and you can realize savings of $100k-$500k per annum (on paper.)

OH YEAH: Fire them right before Xmas and you save on the EOY bonus.🎉
November 18, 2025 at 4:41 AM
And when it is about economics, it’s often about quarterly reports and hitting a target number for a bonus or stock grants. 🤷‍♂️
November 18, 2025 at 4:28 AM
Numerous reasons ranging from whistleblower retaliation to a manager who doesn’t like “fat” people. Most reasons devolve around a manager or director’s sense of privilege and entitlement.

Anger and HR departments that think their job is to defend the indefensible. It’s hardly ever about economics.
November 18, 2025 at 4:28 AM
Oh, and my experience is 30 years as a Union shop steward trying to get HR departments to live up to their word and stop thinking of people as “human capital.”
November 18, 2025 at 4:11 AM
Then should know all the work arounds and dirty tricks that companies use when they can’t fire someone for cause but want to get rid of them anyway.

Like eliminating the position and splitting it between two new part-time hires. Who don’t get benefits because they are only part time.

Good! Masking helps reduce the spread of the disease as does proper handwashing hygiene and use of sanitizer.

But keeping up with, and getting, the latest vaccines is probably the smartest thing you can do.
