The big problem is what to do with the sides beyond the viewport boundaries. Either you render more than needed, or try to make it not stand out.

You *could* probably fake it by taking a rough guess from the tilt and then having sprites for multiple angles… Not accurate, but you aren't tilting much so you may be able to get "close enough".
