I still don't get what the plan was. Did they really think that whole spiel about how they "hardly slept for seven weeks" crafting this slop was gonna do anything? AI evangelists have spent the last few years telling us how much time AI saves but now its suddenly hard work again???

Images and art are a language. People should be free to post in their preferred languages. The demand for alt-text evangelism means everyone is expected to translate before posting. You wouldn't expect that out of any foreign speaker. Individuals are not accessible to everybody, nor should they be.

Alt-text as it stands now is individual labor and no one, absolutely no one, is entitled to someone’s individual labor.
I want alt-text to be community labor, which it is right now, just awkwardly implemented. Have people add it and the OP approve of it, like subs on YouTube.

Tip: Request 3 pictures from 3 different angles and all of them have to have a visible paper with specific text on it. If any of the damage changes even a LITTLE refuse the refund.

I could never fault an indie dev for just wanting to withdraw entirely from public from what are deeply wild, unfair or aggressive demands on their passion projects from 'gamers'.
