It’s a good question. I read somewhere that they had indicated earlier that they were going to increase borrowing against their endowment. I think that may have been their preparatory plan realizing all of this *waves hands wildly* was coming. Didn’t see specifics of how that $$ would be used though

This is awful and heartbreaking. I am so sorry. Our colleagues and our nation deserve so much more than this.

That's not good... maybe the impending usual date of release for ROSES involves an update... but in the past the old one usually didn't disappear, if memory serves.
