Much like Brexit, he'll claim he can deliver, up until he has to and then blame European courts for stopping him/us (as he'll sell it). He'll then use that uproar to get what he really wants, exit the EHRC, privatise everything and we'll all end up helpless. Weakminded 'patriots' will follow him.
