(ten years ago I was diagnosed with general anxiety disorder and asked if I wanted to go on meds. I refused then. I'm not refusing now. Brain chemistry is all kinds of messed up, and health anxiety is just one part of it; i'm always waiting for the next war, i never feel safe. It sucks, yo.)

-I start panicking, living through the emotions of an actual fatal diagnosis in fast-motion. I can't describe why my brain "believes" it while knowing its bullshit.

Recently started meds for this. I should've started meds years ago anyway, and I want my damn life back. <3

-My brain, despite me not having a fullfledged cough in well over a year, is trying hard to convince me its a sign of lung cancer. I know, logically, this is bullshit. But my brain plays scenarios in my head of finding out, being given a time limit, the effect on loved ones, etc. etc.

Its hellish.-

I will instead play my favorite games, all of which are COMPLETELY non-political; Final Fantasy 7. Fallout 3/NV/4, Bioshock, Metal Gear Solid, you know, all the GOOD games that ARENT political at ALL

Like since the mid-PS4 era my viewpoint has just been "all games look good now, and the differences between them are often too subtle for me to even tell without having it pointed out by others"
