Europe must act more decisively against Russians. The EU should blacklist Russian arms makers and their financiers, maintaining sanctions after the war and banning their employees from Europe for life. This would impact many Russians who value European access.
Andrew Pavelyev on Phillips’s Newsletter
The Europeans need to do a lot more. E.g. in the US the visitors have been asked for 80 years about their membership in the Nazi Party and participation in atrocities. The EU should ban all Russian ve...

I see more and more references to resistance to AI intrusion into education as a "moral panic." Yet @jesbattis.bsky.social isn't making this up, nor are the many educators who are seeing similar indicators of cognitive collapse.

We are in uncharted waters.
An issue we're seeing at all levels of university is that many students are simply refusing to do *anything*. They aren't reading the syllabus, aren't following assignment guidelines, aren't engaging with material, ignoring deadlines. And this might seem like old news, but it truly has ramped up.

EU, the people you leave with Putin, will be forced to kill your citizens. Wake up.
Let us hear the infamous story about the necessity of a “land swap” again..

These Ukrainians will be demoralized, tortured and men will be forced to fight on Russia’s behalf. Don’t be naive or romantic about it.

Hey Bart De Wever, how long do you want to wait until this becomes Antwerp's reality ?
Police in Kyiv released footage showing their response in the first minutes after Russia’s missile strikes on the capital. Officers helped extinguish fires and assisted the wounded, including rescuing the only injured child from under the rubble.

De Wever, who likes to claim he's an historian, is clearly not having the correct reading on the current geopolitical situation nor on which side the USA are supporting now.
The only way to have real peace is to defeat Russia economically, politically and militarily. There is no peace deal ahead.
No, Mr. Bart DeWever, this is nothing but a Russian narrative.
What deal are you talking about? The Russian plan that amounts to Ukraine's capitulation and will herald a full-scale war on Europe?
Did you forget the hundreds of thousands murdered by Russia?

The power of Ukrainian democracy is a sight to behold.

And Trump wants to take millions of people from Ukrainian democracy and gift them to dictatorial Russia.

Andriy Yermak, head of the President's Office, submitted his resignation following searches by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) at his premises earlier on Nov. 28, President Volodymyr Zelensky announced.

To cut off that fuel, Europe must:
-Enforce sanctions fully & close loopholes
-Shut down the shadow fleet in the Baltic
-Send more long-range munitions, incl. #FreeTaurus
-Increase ammo & air defense support, incl. #SkyShieldNow
-Use frozen RU assets to fund Ukraine’s defense, incl. those in Belgium

Finally had that big fight with a Trump supporting family member over the holiday? Struggling with how to move forward as a family after they've endorsed inhuman atrocities?
Well, if you're looking for permission, here it is: You can cut them off. You don't owe nazis anything.

According to @tatarigami.bsky.social 's investigation, roughly 150,000 members of the Ukrainian Armed Forces are in desertion or long‑term AWOL status across the entire period from the full‑scale invasion in 2022 up to about September 2025. Still serious but much less than the 250K+ cases filed.
Inside Ukraine’s Desertion Crisis: Analysis and Numbers
Debate about Ukrainian soldiers who go absent without leave and about desertion has intensified, but the scale of the problem is still widely misunderstood.
