I wanted to have some fun with one of our data sets from reconstructed FIB-SEM measurements.
So far, this is my only character animation, a bit janky, but I love this little guy 🥰

With some more time spend learning #Blender and another steep learning curve for #DaVinciResolve, I created this little animation, showing the architecture of mitochondrial cristae in a yeast cell.

A trip down memory lane: Years ago, we got FIB-SEM data from yeast mitochondria and I had a bit of free time. Some hours of learning #Blender later I rendered out my very first animation 😄
