Artist vs Art
A photo of me. I have short brown hair parted to the left and oversized nerdy glasses. I am wearing a black shirt. A sample from a graphic design project I worked on while at university. The background is a deep orange with off white lettering and typographic symbols arranged to accentuate the natural forms of the typeface. The piece acts heads the upper two thirds of a page featuring the second half of an essay on the typeface. The font used is EB Garamond, which is open source. The symbols for 4, 5, 6, and 7 are merged together along with a flourish to create a visually interesting effect. The page features a quote from the typeface’s original designer: “The art I practice is but a small thing” - Claude Garamont, 1545

Picked this up last year after seeing a friend’s and I’ve hooked up it for volume/fast scrolling through code/long pages. I don’t think I’ve even scratched the surface of what it can do yet 😅

Been working on my home office for a long while, coffee plant has somehow survived 10 years of neglect and a house move 😅
My home office illuminated in the day, with led strip lights around the edge of the desk. A green skateboard is on the left wall, and vinyl’s are on display on the right. A pegboard and shelf are behind the desk on the back left, and below is my pc and misc boxes of wires / parts.

Happy Halloween 🎃
Two pumpkins, one carved with a pair of bats and the other with a half-baked Emil / Skeleton face. In the centre is A light-up orange LED sign says “Trick or Treat” in cursive, and a now empty treat bucket with “Spooky” sits on the left.
