My son (6) is the skipper at school. What’s the skipper do you might ask?

The skipper runs up and skips the ad when they’re watching a video.

Kids home due to weather. Playing happily together.

As soon as my meeting starts, a loud thud and screaming and yelling. 🙃

Has anyone ever used an encrypted pdf for business? Seems like phishing only.

Are millennial and Z MAGA going to turn on boomers? Is that the next phase in the rage against everyone that isn't them?

(It seems contrary to the left to abandon anyone.)

If we don’t radically overhaul America’s entitlement regime, our entire nation will become a naturally occurring retirement community.

If you plan to use a portable generator in case the power is out, remember that carbon monoxide will kill you.

20 people died in the Texas winter storm 5 years ago due to carbon monoxide poisoning (out of the 246 total deaths).

How long until the attackers start putting AI / MCP interfaces on this attack as a service offerings?

Every home project, always way longer than you estimate. Running fishing line through electrical conduit from the TV to the side wall took 10 minutes to see I needed 15 feet of cable.

Running the actual cable, hit two snag spots (that sounded like metal bouncing?) and took an hour and a half.

The (private) school system turned my children against me. Preschool brainwashed them into being Texas chili people. Chili needs beans and they strongly disagree.

My kids don’t know what Salisbury steak nor rib-bq is. Are the schools not serving that stuff anymore? Crazy.

What is the logic of Google TV (With Gemini AI) to return every Oz related movie except The Wizard of Oz when I ask for Wizard of Oz movie? Ridiculous.

Holiday shows always have the champagne towers. I don’t think I’ve ever seen one in real life.

Youngest didn’t get to sleep until probably 3AM. Oldest woke up at 430 ready to go. It’s going to be a struggle today.

I made a change to a cloud solution and got a status response "We are verifying your change. Please check back in a few hours."

That was unexpected. I appreciate the honesty though.

Through a roundabout discussion from what home/car insurance is for, then disaster response, and then what a government is, my son asked if CoVid was in Antarctica. Per Wikipedia, it did. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/COVID-1...

I’m generally of the opinion manually blocking senders for phishing attacks after the campaign ended isn’t useful. Attackers will just register new free email addresses.

But then they do something silly and re-use a half dozen addresses from a month ago which all get blocked, proving usefulness.

Packing my son’s lunch:

Him: “Can you not use yellow bread? The other kids say it’s yucky.”

And now I can’t buy potato bread because of peer pressure.
