Cascade de la Mouline 🇫🇷

Living in Finland, truly moving water is rare. I had to travel to the deep valleys of the Creuse to find this.

An old favourite from the south-east of #Iceland in March 2022.

I really love this Scot’s pine tree. Its huge trunk and giant branches are so full of character. The bark is thick, like elephant skin, warm in colour in stark contrast to the cold winter conditions. The young trees behind are coated in frost as is the grass beneath, painting the scene white.
