Actually that was for their support tickets. But they still lied because they said they delete IDs sent there after 6 months and multiple IDs that were sent over 6 months before the leak were found in the leak

Reminder that they have lied about this in the past. They said the selfies and ID pictures for the EU and UK were not saved, then there was a data breach and shocker, they were saved and all got leaked. Do not trust this company for shit. The second a reliable, usable alternative appears I'm gone.
