Just the longer film loading on to the reel?
I sometimes struggle with the last bit of 120, depending on humidity, thickness of the base celluloid, clammy fingers, etc.

I think you are right to be wary and suspicious. Part of the trouble is (whether this or previous governments) how manifestos / brexit campaign "promises" have evolved into fantasy scripture, to be waved around as slogans - and then promptly ignored as and when seen fit - with no comeback.

Yes ...... it is tempting, especially as it is about half the price of the Delta 400. I am a habitual HP5+ user in 400 speed 135 films, and I like the glow / graduated contrast I can get in the darkroom (when I occasionally get it right), so I am reticent to change .....

So ..... if I understand correctly ...... you can go through the interview, etc ..... (and try not to pressure yourself) ..... and then when things become clearer, even if successful .... withdraw, or not accept their job offer?

I have not done much of this .... but I have a nifty bit of opaque, white plastic that helps even out and control the pre-flash "gentleness."
